Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) has named Omkar Salvi as their new bowling coach for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. Earlier this year, Salvi served as the assistant bowling coach for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), who won the IPL title after beating Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the final at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Salvi was also the head coach of the Mumbai team that won the Ranji Trophy and the Irani Cup. Salvi will join RCB after fulfilling his duties in India’s domestic cricket.
