In 2025, NoHo Partners Plc will publish financial information as follows:

Financial Statements Release 2024 on Wednesday 12 February 2025 approx. at 8:00
Interim Report 1 January–31 March 2025 on Tuesday 6 May 2025 approx. at 8:00
Half-Year Report 1 January–30 June 2025 on Tuesday 5 August 2025 approx. at 8:00
Interim Report 1 January–30 September 2025 on Tuesday 4 November 2025 approx. at 8:00

NoHo Partners observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publishing of financial information.

NoHo Partners’ Annual Report for 2024, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published by Wednesday 19 March 2025.

NoHo Partners Plc’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 is planned to be held on Wednesday 9 April 2025 in Tampere. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM at a later date.
