Share Savings Plan Transaction – Bakkafrost

As a part of the share savings plan for employees in 2024, the following primary insiders have purchased Bakkafrost shares:

• Regin Jacobsen, CEO, purchased 35 shares. After the transaction, he holds directly and indirectly 4,641,985 shares.
• Høgni Dahl Jakobsen, CFO, purchased 19 shares. After the transaction, he holds directly and indirectly 78,225 shares.
• Odd Eliasen, Managing Director, purchased 18 shares. After the transaction, he holds 187,922 shares.
• Annika Frederiksberg, Board Member, purchased 7 shares. After the transaction, she holds directly and indirectly 17,091 shares.

The shares were purchased from P/F Bakkafrost Processing, a fully-owned subsidiary of P/F Bakkafrost. In addition to the shares sold to the primary insiders, P/F Bakkafrost Processing sold 1,521 shares to other employees as part of the share savings plan. In total P/F Bakkafrost Processing sold 1,600 shares, and after the sale, the Bakkafrost Group holds 34,315 shares, of which 1,222 shares are treasury shares of P/F Bakkafrost. The transaction was based on the share price and currency rate at market close on 19 December 2024, which were NOK 646.50 per share and corresponding to DKK 408.26 per share. The value date of the transaction is 2 January 2025.
