India captain Rohit Sharma was hounded by fans during training in Canberra during the team’s practice session ahead of the warm-up game against Australian Prime Minister’s XI. As Rohit was going for practice some eager fans surrounded him and asked him for photos and autographs.
The incident elicited a hilarious response from Rohit Sharma who asked a fan to wait for his turn as he was attending to a previous request. Rohit was asked by the said fan for a selfie while he was autographing a cricket ball, and the constant haggling had Rohit slightly irritated. The captain responded to the fan, asking him to wait for his turn.
“Ek time par ek hi kaam ho sakta hai. (Only one task can be done at a time),” Rohit Sharma said.

The India captain had a good hit at Canberra ahead of the warm-up game against Australian Prime Minister’s XI. Rohit Sharma was listed at No.5 in the Indian line-up which included 19 players in the warm-up game. The India captain came out to toss in Canberra on Sunday, 1 December and opted to bowl first in the Pink Ball warm-up game.
It is yet to be seen where India slot in Rohit Sharma in the Pink Ball Test match. KL Rahul and Yashavi Jaiswal played terrific knocks in the Perth Test match, and it would be ideal if they are not moved around in the starting XI.
